Hi, I’m Jackie, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I know that reaching out for help with addiction can feel overwhelming, even scary. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel understood and supported—never judged. Recovery isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress, and every small step matters.
I became an addiction counselor because I’ve seen how powerful healing can be when people are given the right tools, encouragement, and care. For over three years, I’ve been walking alongside individuals and families in their recovery journeys, and I truly believe that no one is ever too far gone to find hope again.
In our work together, I use proven approaches like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, IFS Therapy, Brainspotting, and Psychoeducation—but what matters most is that we build trust. I’ll meet you where you are, help you discover your strengths, and support you as you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

A little about me:
- I earned my Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling at Liberty University, along with degrees in Psychology from King University and Cleveland State.
- I’m licensed in Tennessee as a LADAC II Addiction Counselor, which allows me to provide both individual and group counseling.
- Most importantly, I care deeply about the people I work with. I’m here to listen, encourage, and remind you that you don’t have to go through this journey alone.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and finding balance in everyday life—because I believe that recovery isn’t just about stopping harmful behaviors, it’s about creating a life worth living.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to, walk that path with you.
