My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel understood and supported\u2014never judged. Recovery isn\u2019t about perfection, it\u2019s about progress, and every small step matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I became an addiction counselor because I\u2019ve seen how powerful healing can be when people are given the right tools, encouragement, and care. For over three years, I\u2019ve been walking alongside individuals and families in their recovery journeys, and I truly believe that no one is ever too far gone to find hope again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our work together, I use proven approaches like <strong>Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, IFS Therapy, Brainspotting, and Psychoeducation<\/strong>\u2014but what matters most is that we build trust.
